Super Mario Tetris is a fusion between the classic gameplay of Tetris and the iconic elements of the Mario franchise. The game features familiar characters and power-ups from the Mario universe, such as Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, and even Bowser.
Players will find the traditional Tetris gameplay mechanics such as falling tetrominoes that must be rotated and arranged to form complete lines. However, blocks will now also be adorned with classic Mario power-ups, such as mushrooms and fire flowers, adding a new layer of strategy.
The game offers two main modes of play: Marathon mode and VS mode. In Marathon mode, the objective is to clear as many lines as possible before reaching the top of the grid. VS mode builds upon this by introducing attacks on your opponents through clearing lines with power-ups.
